Luther Memorial Foundation builds and manages an endowment fund that the church has actively supported for more than 50 years. When you make a gift to the Foundation, you join with others in supporting the long-term vision and enduring mission of Luther Memorial Church.

Your gift to Luther Memorial Foundation will be invested in a special fund held by the ELCA. Then, part of the investment income will be distributed to the church each quarter. Your gift to the Foundation helps sustain Luther Memorial’s ministries for years to come.

Giving Today to Luther Memorial Foundation

Gifts of any size may be made to the Foundation at any time. Many church members find it meaningful to give in honor or in memory of a loved one, or in appreciation of a ministry that has touched their lives. Gifts are also made during significant life events such as baptisms, weddings, funerals or other times of gratitude. Gifts to the Foundation have a lasting impact because they are invested in an endowment fund that has been established to support Luther Memorial Church in perpetuity.

Legacy/Planned Giving to Luther Memorial Foundation

Church members frequently include a final bequest to Luther Memorial Foundation in their wills as a remembrance of their connection to this congregation. If you wish to include a legacy gift for the Foundation in your estate plans, or if you have already done so and would like the church to be aware of your plans, please contact the church office.
