Congratulations on your engagement! Luther Memorial Church is an ideal wedding venue in Madison, Wisconsin, particularly if you are interested in ancient liturgy, beautiful classical music and gorgeous surroundings.
We are happy to host church members and non-members to celebrate their wedding at Luther Memorial. We believe that marriage is both a sacred and civil rite, licensed by the state, consecrated, proclaimed, blessed and celebrated by the church. We also believe your vows extend well beyond the wedding day, so we invite you to start your marriage on a strong spiritual foundation with us. If you are not a member, we hope you will consider making Luther Memorial your church home.
Notice: Construction in 2025-26
Please note that from May 2025 to March 2026 the congregation will be without the main pipe organ in the rear of the church. The smaller front pipe organ will be available for weddings.

- Fill out & submit the application
- Fill out & submit the building use form
- Make your deposit payment online or via mail
Plan
- Register for a Saturday premarriage event
- Complete the service plan with the presiding minister
