YOU can help brighten Christmas for Dane County families in need! Volunteers are needed! You can help in many different ways:
- Sign up online to purchase gifts and drop them off by Sunday, Dec. 7. You can provide gifts for individuals—or contact Maria Brown to “adopt” a family!
- Sign up at the welcome desk to deliver gifts on Friday, Dec. 12. A few drivers may be needed on Saturday, Dec. 13. Our gift delivery process has changed this year due to the high mobility (lack of permanent housing) of our assigned families.
- Be a last-minute shopper with program funds Monday, Dec. 8–Thursday, Dec. 11.
- Assemble fleece blankets. Pick up a kit at the welcome desk and return it Sunday, Dec. 7.
- Make a financial donation online at www.luthermem.org/give (select fund “Transitional Families”).
