Men's Discussion and Fellowship

Men of Luther Memorial and friends will meet in the church parlor from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, for conversation sparked by a short reading, “For a Man, There’s an Order in Life: It all starts with a good truck…” This reading is available on the ushers’ aisle to anyone who wishes to participate or is just intrigued by the title.

Middle School Youth Organization

The Middle School Youth Organization (MSYO), grades 6-8, meets monthly from 6 to 8 p.m. Sundays, beginning with dinner in the Great Room, for learning, service, recreation, and devotions.

For more information, ask one of the MSYO task force members: (608) 258-3160; Chris Hoag, Kevin Hoag, Bonnie Ohm, Jon Schneider, Kristi Schneider, or Colleen McConley.

Quilting Group

The Quilting Group usually meets the third Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Great Room to work on several service projects.

Donations of twin-sized flannel flat sheets are always welcome and may be dropped off at the church office, marked “Quilting”. Monetary donations may be placed in the offering plates.

New members are welcome, and no sewing experience is required. Bring a bag lunch.

Women's Conversation Group

Women of all ages are invited to meet Monday, May 12, at 7 p.m. in the church parlor for conversation and sharing as women of faith. There will be time for prayer, conversation, and discussion around a short story, “The Mourning Prayer,” led by Lonnie Vitse. You can pick up the story in the ushers aisle. The group also will meet on June 9. Call Sue Bangert, (608) 354-2248, or Lonnie Vitse, (608) 233-9222, if you have questions.
