A large baptismal font stands at the entrance to the nave.

In recent years, Luther Memorial's transept balconies have been removed and replaced with small "aria" balconies, the semi-circular apse has been repainted, and lighting in the chancel and transept areas has been improved.

Cross and circle stencil design

Like they had been before, the walls of the apse are decorated with stenciled designs. The new colors are lighter than the previous ones. A detail of the cross design in the stencil pattern is shown here.

A goal of the "Forward in Faith--Continue the Vision" campaign was to improve lighting in the rest of the nave.
